Has anyone noticed that movies, commercials, tv shows, ect are all starting to use random humor? I mean its pretty cool... But I've been random for years now. I just don't want it to become the norm. Because then those of us who were random will be labeled as just following the trends or something... Maybe its just me and someone else I know who face this paranoia... But it seems a very real possibility to me. I know the form of random comedy has been around for years and Im in no way trying to claim it (Just to make that clear. I know these forums have pretty smart people but its just a safety measure since it still is... A forum) but still... Its never been a main one. Now its everywhere... And people are ruining it....

Yeah, randomness has been around.

Everyone is trying to be like random like Family Guy. Old episodes really didn't have a moral or plot and was random as hell. Now its popular again and people are coping it. And like you said, it will ruin it for us. >.<

(Off topic for a second) Yeah Simpsons is a classic. I don't watch it as much anymore but used to everyday. (Back on topic) I guess Family Guy is one of the factors that brought random back around. Or at least made it popular anyways. As long as it doesn't become huge and all groups accept it... Cause then it would be bad.
