Klimbing Tree (Main Burrows) This is a huge sugar maple tree under which Klimbing members live in cozy burrows built by rabbits. The pine tree is home to many animals, such as squirrels, which Klimbing preys on, and they can eat the sweet juice of the maple—the sap. This tree has many branches on which the younger Students are always climbing up excitedly, having racing, catching prey, and chasing each other. The rest of the flock climb the branches, too, but they're a bit more calm. |

Klimbing Tree (Dining Places) The dining places are very colourful. The walls are painted with berry juice, and pieces of old glass bottles from the Others are filled with food. There are a few beautiful iron creations to hold food, as well, made by Rouge smiths. |

Klimbing Tree (Secret Burrows) This is where the Chooser lives and the Court of the Crow makes decisions. It is deep into the soil, and the hallway into it is just like the other fifteen that branch off from this tunnel. Inside, both cavities are cozy, with shelves and logs painted with berries to perch on. In the Chooser's hollow, there is a comfortably lined nest with grass, feathers, flowers, and many other soft things. Only members of Klimbing know where these burrows are. |

The Clearing This is a small clearing in the middle of the forest. The forest around the clearing is dangerous, but the clearing has a ring of spiked trees and thorn brambles thickly around it, so it is safe from land predators. This is where Students usually train. It has grass and flowers growing in small clumps. |

The Blackberries This is a huge stand of blackberry bushes. Here, there are many, many mice to catch and berries to eat. This is where Students become Providers or Storytellers, Chicks become Students, the crow who will be a Chooser after the previous Chooser has flown to the Maker, and Providers become Teachers. There is a spring with fresh water here, and a large table made by Others (picnic table). |
