Can you be a bit more specific? For me nzb's work using NewsSearcher, so what's the problem? |

I'm using (too lazy to update and happy enough with the features
- NewsLeecher 3.9b2 - Sjaak's Loader v4 - NewsSearcher 0.10.2.1 and Supersearch WORKS most of times "Most of times" means : - Sometimes "An application bug..." but I click OK without any other trouble - Sometimes, the NS systray icon is surrounded with red lines and the tip says something about Proxy. I just wait or stop and reload NS and NL. - I noticed that quite often exiting NS won't close NL. Last but not least (for french people) : My FAI (Free) block the access to some french groups (FilmZ, SerieZ and AppZ). NL is unable to get the headers but can leech with the SuperSearch or and imported NZB. Of course I don't dare to change anything in my install. Hope this post usefull for anybody. |

@JustSomeOne : Excuse me. FAI = Fournisseur d'Accès Internet. I should have written ISP (Internet Service Provider)
Free is the only one french provider to offer free access to usenet. But recently, he was enforced by court to block (temporary, I think) some groups .fr wich content is "assumed" to be copyrighted. @Everybody : Off topic, of course. I apologize. |

The supersearch function does not work, even with the loader or NS. I believe it has something to do with the new ip address that NL uses to connect to the NL home page. That will most likely have to be addressed by either Joop or Sjaak since it is their programs.
That's normal when NS is running a search through NL, at least through my experience. |
