Nobooru sat in his desk reading a manga, waiting for the bell clock to strike 7. He was there an hour early, but he didn't mind, it allowed him to have some free time. " I'm just glad i don't go to class anymore, that whole 'medivcal scholarship' thing was great, and now that i have my doctorate, its time to relax! Yea!" He smiled to himself, and returned to his book. But then, the door creaked open, and in walked someone.

Veruco strolled up to the door marked "First Aid" and looked inside the small window set in the door.

"What!? You're joking right, That guys a teacher?" Veruco saw Noboru Sitting in a chair reading a manga at the head of the class, the board behind him said "Mr. Hashizume" with an anime smily face next to it. Ironic isnt it, your fisrt teacher is the guy in the library whos ear you flicked.

"Well, nothin I can do now." Veruco swallow and entered the class.

Aiko walked down the halls with a irksome, familiar feeling. The hallway walls towards her first classroom were white (as was the rest of the school); it reminded her of a hospital. Even though Aiko had never be one to give her vote for cheerfulness, anything would have been better then this. Almost refusing to smell, the lithe girl scrunched her nose in distaste. It even smelled bad. Clean. She supposed the door labeled “First Aid” had something to do with it.

She took a minute to stand outside the door before stepping in. Debating upon whether or not she wanted to actually enter… I could go back to my dorm room and sleep. There are so many boxes still--from my lack of unpacking. No one would see me behind them.

The door creaked open. I suppose I can nod off in class. No harm… Stepping in, Aiko unfortunately noticed that she was early. This meant she’d have to work even harder to conceal herself. Without giving a glance to the only other two people in the room--one of which she was surprised to find out was the teacher--she sat down in the last row, disinterested. He’s too young to be a teacher. This is insane!

Noboru Saw it was the boy from the library. He looked uneasy.Great, hes already freaked. I KNEW i shouldn't have brought in the transplant organs to class yet! the freezers on the frtitz. Maybe there's some febreeze around here?" Also he saw as he leaneed forward, a glimmer, and a another pair of eyes behind Veruco. Who was this? he pondered. He stopped though, so he could address them.
" Ohaiyogozaimasu! Veruco-kun. Oh, and what about you back there Ms. could you please enter? so i could see you more clearly?"

Aiko thought about some odd excuse as to why she wanted to be seated in the back. Why teachers insisted their students be up front and center…? It was beyond her. If she were a teacher, she’d want her pupils as far away as possible; who paid attention anyway? Maybe I can tell him that I need to sit far away or the glare from the board will melt my eyeballs.

She mentally groaned. I doubt that. “Hai,” Aiko said in a quiet voice. The last thing she needed was to cause any trouble, because that always ended so well. Picking up her only bag--light from the lack of contents--she moved closer to the front. Despite the row, she moved all the way in, aiming for a corner. No one can fault me for sitting here, she mused.

Her eyes continued to dart around the other subjects in her vicinity. What was that saying? Ignore them and they’ll go away? Bull shit. No one had asked her to speak. Aiko pulled out a book to hide behind.

Noborou smiled, but it wayned a little to see her run to a corner. Hadn/t he asked to see her? " Umm, Ms. two things. Number one, you can sit where you like. Number two, could you please come here a second?"
She shuffeled over to him.

We'll at least he doesn't have a problem with my choice of seating. Concealing her disgruntled attitude, Aiko discreetly moved over to the man that called. He had to be a teaching assistant. There was no way he actually taught the class. Then why the hell is he acting like he owns the place? Aiko stopped to remind herself that most men--not matter what their status--did just that.

“Hai? Is there something you want?” Class hasn’t started. I don’t want to know you. Leave me alone. For the first time her eyes darted to the other person in the room--who apparently this man already knew--looking to see if he had any reaction, whatsoever.

Nope. Her eyes were lost on the floor, oddly left to stare at the man’s shoes. They could be worse.

Aiko did her best to remember to bow, following suit. Despite being half Japanese herself, she was still not as familiar as she would have liked to be with the customs; growing up in England didn’t help. “Sena, Aiko Sena.” Her name barely slipped off her lips; almost like an afterthought. Aiko silently thanked the Gods for her rather short, straight to the point, no nonsense name. His last name is impossibly long. Imagine trying to whisper out that!

Feeling awkward--starring at someone’s shoes could do that to you--Aiko gazed up to meet his kind face. A male doctor? That would be less then pleasant. Her brow furrowed, quirked. I’d rather just stay in bed and eat an apple. Her thoughts drifted off to the time. Where the hell is the clock? The sooner she got out of this class, the sooner Aiko could make up the sleep she'd missed last night. “Excuse me,” she mumbled, “but when does this class begin?”

" Oh, umm, we have about fifty six minutes until. You can go read, or whatever you like. If your tired you can you the cot in the back. I nap there when i can, but your welcome to use it." He smiled. This is another girl with a habit of staring at her feet. Whats with these girls? I've never met so many shy ones before
He pointed to the corner. " Oh, and don't worry about sleeping in class. As long as you guys get the grades its fine. But if you start flunking..... I may just have to go all strict on you". He said, finishing out the statement blandly. He sat back down and grabbed his bowl of rice and his chopsticks. He had already begun to eat again. Wondering when veruco would say something.

This guy actually says it is okay to sleep in class? I must be dreaming. Aiko wiped a hand across her brow, checking for a fever. No. Not imagining it. Crazy. Walking backwards, the girl moved slowly away from the front of the room with careful, calculated steps. Grabbing her pack, she lazily hung it over her left shoulder. Her solemn eyes caught sight of the cot in the corner. He wasn’t even kidding. Luck is on my--

Crunch.
“Shit!” Aiko’s usual, reserved voice fell flat to the floor--sailors be damned--as she tripped over a lone chair, falling to the ground. She hit the tile, rather unpleasantly; unwelcoming. This was not the cot she’d planned to fall onto. Her ungraceful landing brought color to her cheeks, obscuring the pale complexion she worked so hard for.

Outwardly groaning in frustration, Aiko momentarily forgot the other beings in the room. She had bigger problems to settle; like the throbbing pain she immediately felt at her ankle. “Screw this,” she muttered with a sour expression.

Noboru had no sooner lifted the second bit of rice to his mouth when he heard a crash and looked over to his side. There, splayed on the ground was Ms. Sena.
Noboru hastily put his food down, neglecting even that first bite, and rushed to her side. "Sena-san! You Ok? Let me take a look" Without even waiting for a reply, he turned her over and looked about, and found the problem. Her ankle, red swollen, slightly bruised. This was a sprain. Nothing serious, but he needed to take care of this immediately.Thank god it wasn't a concussion....or worse he thought.

"Ok Sena-san, its just a sprain. So i need to help you patch this up. So i will take you to my room. Thats where i have my medical supplies, becuase i still haven't unpacked yet. I apologise." She tried to get up, but he looked at her and said sternly" You shouldn't be walking. hold on, i'll carry you" He picked her up in his arms as though she weighed no more than a kitten or stuffed animal. Then he strode Briskly from the room to his dorm room.

A small, very un-lady-like grunt emitted from Aiko’s mouth when Noboru-san addressed her from across the room. No, I’m not okay! She wanted to scream, maybe shove that chair into the wall; Aiko restrained herself. “I’m fine. I just fell… Sorry.” The need to apologize was beyond her. It possibly steamed from the fact that’d she’d been practically trained to do so; old habits die hard. Unfortunately.

Hands graced her ankle a little too quickly for comfort. He’s a doctor, she reminded herself. Although, the idea of him becoming one at such a young age was still gnawing at the back of her brain. She made a note to question him in the future. Maybe a little mind trip is in order…? Shaking her head, Aiko mumbled something about keeping to herself, incoherently. I shouldn’t go wander into any mind I please; I wouldn’t want that done to me. Despite her girl scout like approach, she often found it a hard vow to stick to. You could never really trust people…

Noboru-San was not paying much attention to her anyways; he had her ankle to worry about. He picked her up, making sure to ask first--she gave him credit for that. She let him. Who was she to try and convince herself she could walk anyways? Aiko would probably just manage to make more of a fool out of herself then she already had. “Hai,” she said, regaining her normal voice.

((heh, I go to sleep and look what happens))

Veruco sat in the middle of the second row. Noboru had called for the girl that entered the room after him, she took a seat in the back. Apparently that didnt meet to the "Teachers" expectations, he called her to his desk. After exchanging names, Noboru shot Veruco a glance which he returned with a quick raise of eyebrows. Next thing he heard was something hitting the ground. Veruco looked over and the girl was on the floor. He was about to say something but Noboru was was out of his seat before he say anything. Noboru ran and picked her up from the ground, ignoring the girls pleas of "im fine". They way he picked her up reminded him of one of those old hero movies, the dumb hero getting the girl at the end. The only thing that would have completed the image was if Noboru had a shining sword in his belt and his hair had been wofting in the wind, but if that had happened, Veruco was sure he would have exploded with laughter. The next thing he knew, Noboru had said something about going to his dorm and carried the girl out of the room.

"Oh dont mind me, I'll be fine, alone, here, in a class with no teacher..." Veruco said to himself and the empty room.

Yawning in a bored manner, Damian walked into the classroom and froze. Now there were two explanations to exactly why there was only one person in the room - who incidentally was not even the teacher; - he was either early for the first time in his entire school career or he had managed to break his own record and was so late he'd missed the class all together.

Damian was going with the second option. Personally, he expected that it was physically impossible for him to be early to anything... Unless, someone had been messing about with his watch again.
'That is entirely possible... Maybe it was that guy I ran into earlier. I might just have to do an examination in his head later.' He smirked slightly but quickly caught himself. He might as well ask that guy who was sitting there like a lemon when the class was supposed to start. Not that he cared too much... In truth, Damian had only taken this class because it looked like a doss.

"Hey!" he called, his northern English accent coming across heavily as he said this. "What time's this class supposed to start? ’Cause I can't see anyone else here."
