Clan Name:Kage no Uchihwa (Shadow of the Fan) What you want the Bloodline to have:Sharingan no Kage(Copy wheel eye of the shadow)(Abillities = all of the sharingan's/mangekyou sharingan's abillties plus a boost and able to copy ALL jutsu....yep) Why:Because i feel like it.
