(AvaterやSignatureに、他人を不快や中傷等にするような事やエッチな画像や文章を付ける事を一切禁止します。)

4,Please stop the fact that name of the article other than English,Japanese is written. It becomes cause of the illegal character.
(英語、日本語以外での記事の名前を書くのはなるべく止めてください。文字化けの原因になります。)

5,When it cannot protect even at these one, you note, or remove that user.
(もし、これらの一つでも守れなかったりしたら、注意したり、又はそのユーザーを排除します。)
