Minute-Long Cartoon Shorts, (DFWN)

This is the project that I will start out with.

Helbereth and I want to create Flash--hopefully on a consistent basis--so if I keep dishing something very simple his way, the more likely he'll stay motivated. In this, we came up with minute-long shorts called "DON'T FUCK WITH NINJAS!".

This is the deal: I co-write and then fully draw and fully animate a trio of cartoony ninjas getting into all sorts of trouble in regular society, and simply killing everything in sight, especially people that actually dare to pester them deliberately! It's all tongue-in-cheek and stuff.

And it's perfect for a beginner to plan, script, draw, animate, and prep for his use in one of his epic-styled cartoons. I think he ought to send in the script we reworked to the voice-acting BBS and get rolling with the Resident Evil Flash we want done by Halloween or so. I'd have a "DFWN" done by then.

I've also helped Sever with a script based on Final Fantasy Tactics called "Braves of the Zodiac." It's a radio drama spanning multiple episodes. It will be done this week (it's his birthday--I can't disappoint him).

Anytime you want to help come up with ideas for "DFWN", let me know. Just remember: they need to be quick--minute-long sketches are preferred.

I could supply you with a few ideas if I had the inspiration. It would be a good idea if you made a few shorts yourself and then show them to us. We could get an idea of the style you're going for and we'd learn more about the personalities of the main characters. I'm not sure if you want to create as story to go with this series or if you just want to make cartoons with random senseless violence purely for the fun of it. It would help if you imparted some more of your seemingly infinite knowledge and wisdom upon us.
