Feeble Constructs Of The Mind, Open To Any Zionite

[Xes]

It was night time in the city of Zion. The people where in there homes asleep in their warm beds dreaming of whatever pleased them or made them feel safe. The walkways had one to no people on them and the lantern like lights were lit so some could see where they were going. It was a quiet evening, no noises or any signs of trouble or chaos around. A few ships were docked to recharge and their crew with their families. The Naphtali was one of the ships that were docked.

For Xes on the other hand he couldn't sleep. The 5 foot 7" boy was wandering the walkways due to his insomnia. He was just thinking on just some things that he had learned over the couple years on board the Naphtali. Wearing black pants, buckled boots and a raggedy sweater like shirt with holes near the wrist so Xes coudl put his thumbs through he continued to walk the walkways. He was trying not to make alot of noise as he was being considerate of other trying to sleep or for others just walking around.

[Roy]

Roy staggered along, partially injured from his previous tangle with who's name he found out was 'Leo'.

He passed a short fella, about 5 ft 7, her nodded in acknowledgement to this guy, who, in respect, looked terrible. Insomnia perhaps? he looked ill,

' You alright pal'? ' he asked sympathetically

[Xes]

Xes found himself to be in a daze wile awalking along not noticing much as he walked. This was partially due to his insomnia and just in the fact that he was deeply thinking. Being an operator, pilot, and evening jacking in sometimes on a ship can be tiresome but yet troubling all the same. Some wouldn't even think Xes to be a pod-born sinc ethe hole in the back of the head pod-borns have was hidden behind Xes's medium lenth hair he grew over the year.

All of a sudden someone passed Xes by and and then stopped coming back to question him seeing if he was alright. Xes blinked an dthen regained notice and awareness of his surrounding,s. He had almost forgotten he wasn't back in Link's apartment in his room.

"Y-Yea, I'm Fine. Just thinking a bit." Xes said to the perosn. He had not reconized the person because he had never seen him before. "The name's Xes." He introduced himself to the person. He gave a short wave to the man instead of shaking hands because he hated to shake hands it was something the elderly do and he thought himself to be young still.

[Roy]

'Nice to meet ya Xes'

Roy wondered why he did not shake hands, but thought nothing of it as Xes replied in a friendly but folorn tone.

' Well i'm Sparatza.. Roy Sparatza'

He was friendlier than the person he'd met before, 'Leo'. Roy had been looking for Leo ever since his last encounter with him, he'd picked a fight, and lost more or less..

But he needed to find him, talk to him. It wouldn't settle his mind until he knew exactly who this Leo fella was.

'Hey I err don't supose you know a guy called Leo? suposadly a legend round here '

[Xes]

The name did not ring a bell. But then again Xes had seen and heard of many some were lost in his mind that he forgot. He didn't think on that to much since right of teh bat teh name did not seem familair since normally if he did know a person their name would be familiar and Xes would know them somehow.

"Can't say that i do." Xes said shaking his head a bit. "He brushed back some of his hair that was in his face and wondered why this person was looking for Leo.
"Why you looking for this Leo?"

[Fenix]

Fenix stood at the balcony outside his door and saw Xes and a guy talking, he smiled and decided to approach them " Well hello there starshines" he announced himself as he walked over to them, his ragged pants and dirty singlet breathed in the Zion recycled air. He smiled as he approached them and felt a bit strange 'inertia fromt eh training programs' he thought to himself as he walked " Now what on the good destroyed earth nbrings you two out here at this time of night?" he asked with a slight chuckle.

[Roy]

Roy was pleased at this friendly guy introducing himself, he smiled and replied

' Just wondering i suppose '

' The name's Roy '

[Xes]

Xes turned to see who else was up at this time of night. He turned to see a feelow crew mate of his from The Naphtali. Fenix. Xes simply smiled and looked at the man.

"Surely you would know of Insomnia, seeming how we hardly ever sleep onbaord the craft." Xes said with a small laughter in his voice. Xes took alot of the late night shifts of operator onboard of the Naphtali when he wasn't getting his crew mate hackers out of crazy situations.
"But now i suppose i was just thinking."

[Fenix]

Fenix grinned at Roy " Well sunshine, pleased to meet you and i hope your having a fun night" he said to Roy before looking out over the edge of the balcony and slicking his long hair back " Very true, very true, i mean, how many times i have wandered out to the chairs for that extra edge of training i have lost count" he grinned and chuckled.

"Mind you i was just finishing a bit more uploading, ive alway's wanted to drive a semi trailer in the matrix and now i can" he said as he turned back to face the two lads " Anywho, are you a new arrival here, Roy?" he asked with a childlike curiosity that seemed to follow him practically everywhere. He might be 19 but he still had moments where he acted like a child, and sometimes, he felt, that perhaps he may get himself into trouble....

[Roy]

Roy scratching his neck, answered the question

' err yeah actualy i'm part of the Naphtali, they needed a first commander and they liked my history.. I still need to meet the rest of the crew actualy..'


[ I like where this is going.. we should invite the rest of the people from the Naptali.. or perhaps lead it onto a new post ]

[Xes]

"You and your uploading." Xes said and scratched his head a bit. "I'm uprised you haven't created a person in the matrix like a lady in red or something." The boy said to Fenix. With Fenix's skills and knowledge Xes was sure he could.

"Well then First Commander, Don't think just cause I'm young that i'm stupid or dumb because in fact Im the second fastest Pilot in all of Zion and a pretty good hacker of an Operator if i do say so myself." Xes bragged on about himself for a moment. He took a couple of steps over to the edge of the walkways and looked down and then up.

Although it was late Xes was feeling like he had just woke up. He gave a small yawn and stretched a bit then returned to his normal posture.

[Fenix]

Fenix laughed " your right, i havent created one" he said and looked out over zion with a serene look on his face which then burst into an enormous grin " ive created many!" he said with another laugh and nudged Roy with bouncing eyebrows " and besides 'first commander' you might wanna make friends with me, coz im the munitions and tech officer" he said with a joking tone as he smiled...

[Roy]

' Well actually i'm kinda lost for friends at the moment.. Which is why i'm out here tonight, I just wanted to see the sort of people i''ll be working with. '

Roy said, replying with a grin to Fenix..
' So you guys know anything interesting around here? i say we do something.. who's up for it? '

[Xes]

Xes gave a shrug of his shoulders and looked to Fenix. "Well not much to do at nighttime really since alot of people are sleeping." Xes said and then thought for a moment. "...Unless..." He said with an idea. The idea could be both fun, but stupid at the same time since it was something the three of them probably did everyday most of the day.

"We have go into simulation" He suggested.

[Fenix]

Fenix grinned when he heard the word 'simulation'. " i got the terminal in my room, plus a few add ons" he said with a massive cheesy grin plastered to his face. He jumped up and down a few times and put an arm over Roy " if you bring the program, i will load it up, and put us into it" he said with an excited tone in his voice. Fenix mastered every program he touched, so to see a new one was always exciting, especially if it was custom made by another zionite. Whenever it was made by another zionite, it was always fun, because it was tedious and boring in zion, and most of them let their imagination run away with them.
