So a silly thought went through my mind.
Thinking of the Dixanadu video, there is a point where Seth is chatting away, then flashes the Corna (devil's horns) and says something like "yosk". Mana then pops up in the background flashing the peace sign. (there is a screen cap of this, entitled "stalker Mana"
This "Yosk" draws laughs from the crew in the commentary version of the documentary.
So what exactly does "yosk" mean?

Not that I'm watching the video right now for reference, but I believe you're right. I'm more than sure he said "Yoroshiku" at that part of the video.
For those who don't know what Yoroshiku means, its a common greeting in Japanese that translates roughly to something like "please remember me" or "Please be kind to me", though it can be used in lots of other cases as well -- I think its easiest just to remember that it is a greeting because I think taking the translation too literally can result in a lot of confusion.

it could be 'yosh' it's like a sound people make to encourage. it can mean too "Ok! alright !"
