What was the quality of you item like when you got it? Was the description accurate?

I'm planning on ordering from them myself and from what I've read they are pretty decent.

I have no experience with their online shop, but I did go to their store in Harajuku. What I can say from my experience there is that it seemed as thought almost all the items were in good - excellent condition. Some items might have a few damages here and there (usually they're just as the picture shows you on the website) so I don't think quality should really be a concern since you're pretty much getting exactly what the pictures show. The only things I would really inspect before seriously considering to buy from them is shoes. A lot of the rocking horses when I went to the Closet Child didn't really seem to be in the best condition and I would almost recommend buying them new if possible. However, that could just be the store I went in. Adamine bought some Moitie shoes from Closet Child when she went to one of the shops in Japan and her shoes look like brand new. So I guess, its an item to item case, but I would be a little bit cautious on the shoes just in case.(^^)v

Other than that, I don't know too much else. I would also love to hear anyone else's experiences with the online shop because I've thought about ordering from there before, but everything I want is usually sold out by the time I see it on there. XDD I would love to know what their online services are like.

Just to let you know, I'm ordering a dress from Closet Child...

They are very very friendly and efficient!
I sent 3 emails to them today about my order and they responded to me within the hour of me sending them.
They've even thrown in a pannier with the dress I've ordered. I don't have to take it, but they said it doesn't affect the price.

So far, from my experience, I recommend them :)

Well, I have ordered from Closet Child and from Closet Child CD about 8 times.
Today I got a packet from CC... Moitié pannier *-* It has been my dream for ages XD

But about CC I can also say that they are very polite, they answer very quickly and pack the things well.
Also, my friend bought a dress from CC and there was a photo of a dirt in the dress, but my friend didn't find it at all XD So maybe they take the pictures with microscope camera...? I mean they are in very good condition.

They are very nice to deal with, and the service is very very fast.

For those who are wishing to order from them, their shipping is a little cheaper than other places like CDJapan etc, so I recommend them 100% :)
