I have to announce lol, that they finally replied me. So they are still alive! SO, I think that soon you will get the Madoushos! They apologised that they didn't replied me for such a long time and had said that they will fix the problem as soon as possible. They also said that i will get a FEB/MAR Madousho for my patience. I'm happy now^^. I hope that they will reply me fast as well as they will send you Madoushos! B)

Thats awesome! I'm glad they are finally going to do something! The problem will be fixed and peace and harmony will be restored to Mana-land! :P

I figured they must have been alive because I ordered something from the Japanese Midi: Nette shop a few days ago and they send me a confirmation of my order and that they were sending it out today, but the funny thing is, the confirmation email was in English. I was kinda thinking "I love you Midi: Nette...you people are so ridiculous." XDDD

yeah I ordered the pendant and they also sent my drawing I`ve won. But I also asked myself why they also didn`t send the damn madousho with it x_x

Maybe it's too early for me to be happy. They don't reply me again :huh: . I will begin to curse them again if they don't reply me in one week.

All I can say is to remain patient with them.

Now all they need to do is reply back to me.

FINALLY! They e-mailed me back!
They apologized about the delay.
I told them about the madousho issue and they said that The February madousho was shipped out on May 13th. So you will get them soon. Also they said that the March and April will be shipped out soon (it will be a combined addition)

They said for me to give them my credit card information and they will hopefully resolve my issue so it's all better now.

They ignore me! It's nice that you got your madoushos, but... Mon Amour is ignoring me! Maybe they think i will forget everything. I'm a poor girl from Europe and they think that i'm nothing. Sorry, guys, I AM MAD! I think i will send e letter to Mana again (i did it two times), because if i don't Midi-Nette will forget me at all!

I'm a little worried myself.

I renewed my membership a few weeks ago and received an email earlier this week from Mon+Amour saying I need to renew my membership by the end of June or my membership will be terminated.

The strange thing is, i have a confirmation email saying that I renewed as soon as I renewed my membership and it says in my bank account that my money was taken.

I emailed Midi: Nette but of course no response. I'm so worried my membership is going to be taken away now. (T_T)v

I had an email about it too, but mine ends in July, I'm just gonna follow what they say in the instructions...

I didn't get any news from Mon Amour. It's 3.5 months of ignoring!

Earl you, i have said that it's not a good time to join Mon Amour now, but it seems you didn't listen so what i said.. I also got the same error, so it would be nice if you checket your card because it is possible that Midi-Nette just took your money. I am very sad about all of you, but i have said that Mon Amour simply ignores us!

but the problem with me is I already did it, so if I follow their instructions again that means I would pay double ($200) just to renew my membership. (x_x)v It maddens me even more because if your membership ends in July, that means they gave you plenty of advance noticed where they only gave me a couple weeks advanced notice.


I'm so frustrated. I think the past two years, or maybe it was last year, I don't know, they have forgotten to give me my renewal notification email so I just went ahead and did it on my own because I figured they just quit doing it after a while. Now all of a sudden I get a renewal notification AFTER I already renewed for the year taking the exact same steps the email always states. grrr....

I never got the email saying I had to renew my membership but I still renewed and got the confirmation email.

My membership was supposed to end in May and I still get the email newsletter so I suppose it worked and I'm still a member....

Dunno if yours said the same but this was the email i got...

The last mail I sent to M:N was at the 7.6.08 - and there was no response.
The last mail I got from them (not regular mails or autoresponses for memberships) was at the 27.5.08

Sarah, dont worry, you can't pay double. Try to click the button for renewing the membership and it will say:

"Error !

You are still a valid member,
and thus you�fre membership cannot be renewed.
Please check your renewal date and come back at that time."

Is there any way we could all agree to each send Mana the same message separately through Midi-Nette so that he would realize just how serious the problem is?

I am not personally affected but I think we should all stick together on this issue because a lot of money is involved (and most of us are not exactly wealthy!) , and it's much more difficult to be heard when you're on your own. Moreover, it's very difficult to settle a contentious issue when it is located in a foreign country.

Perhaps also if some of you have Japanese friends, they could ask them if they would help, because probably the people at M+A will take them more seriously than they seem to take us!

This has been going on for months.
They haven't resolved the issue regarding Astral Romance's subscription therefore that could be considered as a theft.
They're not stupid, They're a business. All they have to do is check the details that have been registered to them to see if there are any mistakes with it. If all of those are correct, then they should work to resolve the case or at least give a damn refund.

I think its abysmal customer service.

All of this is very damageable to Mana's image and I can't think why he did not fix it sooner. He's probably trying to do too many things at once but it's a pity his fans should be treated so casually.

Apparently, from what I can read on another forum, things are more or less back to normal, so why should Astral Romance still be waiting to be given what she has paid for?
