Hey all! Kerri here, I currently play Alien, Scourge and Deadpool. I have 2 MUCs and a Young Avengers Canon adaptation on the backlist to finish their bios. Hollow (Alien's brother - almost finished with his bio) Alma and Wiccan. (not gunna mention the multiple numbers of new mutant powers and characters I want to create since I haven't even finished these yet)
Figured it was about time I introduced myself properly, especially since I've been dubbed MoTM for October (it still makes me giddy to see that AND Scourge for CoTM at the same time, I love my evil boy soooo much)
. First off, I'm 22 years old and currently working full time hours between a Veterinarian Assistant and Grooming Assistant at the same facility. I also do some part time work for the Humane Society... and if you haven't figured it out yet, I'm an animal lover
I'm taking a hiatus from college, was working on a Fine Arts Degree, once I find the time, money, and proper drive to finish properly I'll go back probably do online courses. I currently live with my mother and I have a 25 year old mentally retarded / autistic brother who is now settled in a group home not far from where we live so he visits on the weekends (eats all my snacks, drinks my soda, and messes around with my computer lol).
We have 7 birds (and that's the LOWEST we've had in a while... we had 17 not too long ago, fostering a bunch for my mother's friend who was in and out of the hospital.) and 2 rats. They go as follows (with picture links):

Rocky (Quaker Parrot) - Gotten from a previous owner. He's my buddy. The little bird up top is Gizmo, the little lovebird who unfortunately passed away a few years ago. He's now buddies with Tweak.

Pip aka Turd (Quaker Parrot) - Adopted from humane society. She only likes me and will bite the heck out of anyone else.

Pepper aka Psycho (Cockatiel) - Purchased from a pet shop I used to volunteer at. He's mean but the prettiest cockatiel with the longest crest I've EVER seen, like the ones you'd see pictures of.

Tweety (Cockatiel) - Gotten from a previous owner, a friend of ours. My mom took that picture... and that's me sleeping I woke up to her chewing on my necklace lol.
*Tweak (Lovebird) - Purchased from Petsmart when I worked there, she was in a cage all alone and nobody would buy her. She's evil.

Goliath (Conure) - Adopted from the humane society.

Lowkie aka Stinky (Pionus) - Purchased from a breeder in CT. I paid $550 for this bird... he hates me and loves my mother. We call him stinky because he's a type of bird who gives off a scent when he's happy. It actually smells nice, like a musky potpourri.
And my ratty rats,
Walter and Daniel, were adopted from the vet clinic I work at. Walter is the white one, Daniel is the brown one. (kudos to who can guess where the names are from, and NO it's not that movie about the guy with the rats and his father lol. I have no idea what movie that is but everyone assumes that. I'll give you a hint. It's from a comic).
Uhm... lesse. Hobbies, first and foremost would be RPing. I started way back when I was 10 or so doing chat room Pokemon RP lol. I kinda stopped for the last few years mostly for lack of anywhere to actively RP (and losing myself in WoW). I did a few scenarios with a friend via messengers but she's been so busy lately our story is on hold. Originally when I was looking for an RP... I was looking for a GI Joe one when I found Damascus Road, and then Mana approached me through YIM about her board, and here I am! As you can already see by my current MUCs, when I make my characters I strive to be as unique as I possibly can, bringing an entirely new view to whatever RP I'm in while still weaving them seamlessly into the storyline. I had and old fantasy toon, Solestos, who I adapted six ways to Sunday. The poor boy never got a break because I loved him so much. My favorite adaptation from the awesomeness that was his original, was his King Arthur variant. Now that I think about it... since my old PC blew up I lost all of his RP bios
Aside from that I'm an avid gamer, and comic reader. I used to watch and read anime / manga but have since fallen away from the genre in favor of western comics like Deadpool, Watchmen, GI Joe, Doom Patrol, Young Avengers etc. I still collect some Japanese stuff but mostly I'll read any manga I'm following online, yay for free scans. The video games I actively play are World of Warcraft (only when I have to
), Borderlands, and Left 4 Dead. I have a few games on my list to be re-played or finished since I swapped PCs like Silent Hill 2 (not on PC... but that game skerd me), Fallout 3, Bioshock, Portal, and Assassin's Creed.
Finally, as you guys already know, art is also on that list but I haven't been able to really get any work done just do to lack of time. I do have a
DA Account if you guys want to check out some of my older stuff and pieces of traditional art. None of my current banners are on there, those are all just hosted on Photobucket. I also have a
Youtube Account but I haven't posted a video in quite a while. Most of what's there are WoW boss kill videos for my guild and L4D. The new PC has a ton of memory space for videos so I may start making them again.
Uhm... that's about all I can think of for now.. I had this typed up I just never finished and posted it xD. Now... I need to take a shower and make dinner. I'm hungrah!

they all died on me, I think it was the cold cos they were only little ones. I haven't been game enough to buy anymore since, if I ever do, I'm going back to the cage I had for Luke, he was in a fish tank, with an old tree stump for his house, and it seemed to be the perfect conditions for him. The others were in those little or big proper rodent cage things with plastic houses, and yeah, I think it was just too cold... least in a tank the temp seems to be warm when it's cold, and cool when it's hot. 
. Five Psychlids (spelling?) actually... very nice looking fish, but man, they're predatory, so they are very territorial, can't put much else in with em cos they'll just bash them to death. Sigh.
