Grounds
Charles Xavier's estate covers an extensive area between Graymalkin Lane and Breakstone Lake. The Olympic-size swimming pool is located directly to the rear of the mansion, along with patios and decking for outdoor entertaining and recreation. Elsewhere on the property there are stables and, on the shores of the lake, the boathouse and docks can be found. There are also Japanese gardens, and a communications tower, which also substitutes as an exterior security building, where the entire estate can be monitored from.

Attic & Roof
Renovated to incorporate personal living quarters for those who love the feel of the attic, Angel’s room, out of respect, was not touched, as per Xavier’s request. The attic also has a large "playroom," used as a recreation area, a room for communications equipment, and the stairway up to the mansion's Observation Tower & Roof.

1st Floor
Step over the threshold and into the foyer. Spot the grand staircase and explore some more;; a magnificently furnished Day Room, classrooms, the dome shaped Cafeteria, which can be accessed via the main kitchen;; a casual sitting room for guests, an extensive library, an auditorium, staff offices, and Charles Xavier's private living quarters, with his office right next door.

2nd Floor
Along with the Manual Arts Workshop and the Music Room, both the Boy’s and Girl’s dorm are located on this level, each room containing a very well equipped ensuite, shared only by the two sharing the room. Two secrets passageways for each dorm are located at certain points ALL students are aware of. All these passages eventually meet up, and exit a fair distance away from the mansion, close to a back road leading to Graymalkin Lane.
NB: New student dorms are in the process of being built. Once they are in play officially, the second floor will be going through refurbishments.

3rd Floor
Aside from the guest rooms, and the Staff Common Room, the third floor is for the housing of the Teacher's Apartments and living quarters, each also with their own bathroom ensuite.
NB: The Staff members rooms that do not feature will be added when they are once again in play. When the second floor is refurbished, more teacher/staff/resident apartments will be built.

Basement
For the most part the first sub-surface level of the Xavier mansion serves the normal function of a basement; it contains the rather large community laudry room, the oil and water heaters, as well as the back up generator system, and is used for the storage of wine, furniture, and books. Need a quick exit? There are entrances to secret passageway leading to the lower levels as well.

Girls Dorms
With a main foyer, a main staircase, and a first floor containing the kitchen and other such meeting areas, the girls dorms are reminiscent of the main mansion. Enjoy the new Observatory built into a section of the attic, and the roof is accessible too, holding specific reading and relaxing areas, along with rooftop gardens.
NB: Will not go into play officially in game until January 1st, 2006.

The Brotherhood Superiorum
The BrS Mansion belongs to the founder of the school, Erik Magnus Lensherr. Situated at 1428 Elamason Street on the outskirts of New York City, the estate and subsequent buildings were purchased by the Master of Magnetism to serve as a school. However, that side of the BrS is about to become null and void, the mansion now serving solely as the training grounds and living quarters for the growing members of his Brotherhood ranks. So peaceful and calm looking one would never know of the additions added, such as the the ‘Death’ Room beneath the so obvious Dojo, and the subterranean hangar building, which exits via a watefall.
The BrS will receive its own category if and when it grows big enough.

Established in 1986, and situated in the heart of New York City, DME has grown to inlcude a floor for taxes; a floor for accounting; three floors for the overly extensive and very large Gym; a floor for computing: buying, selling, repairs; laborers, plasterers, painters, builders, plumbers, technical advisors, communication experts, the floors for buying, selling, repairing, and trading the goods found and needed within these services; a mechanics shop built within the underground car park, and, if New York is too far away then check out the branches in Las Vegas, Nevada, & Washington DC
DME will receive it’s own category if and when it grows big enough.

North Salem
So many small hamlets, or communities, can be found within North Salem, such as Croton Falls in the northwest, Grant Corner in the southwest, North Salem in the east, the Twin Lakes Village on the south town line, and Purdy’s south of Croton Falls. There are also two lakes - Peach Lake, at the north town line, and the Titicus Reservoir in the west, Salem Center located towards the east end.

The Hellfire Club
Shrouded in secrecy and deception, the HFC is an enigma, to say the least. Known to exist by many in the mutant world, what exactly they do and who they are is still a mystery. The HFC encompasses most of the globe and is broken up into regions, the individual factions pretty much freelance and not sharing a higher authority, though they do share intelligence networks and information – for a price, of course. Each region is ruled by an Inner Court – a Black and White set of Kings, Queens, and Bishops, these roles always taken by mutants. Lower level members of the HFC do not even know of the Inner Court’s existence.
The HFC has been placed in this category due to its worldwide status, & will receive it’s own category if and when it grows big enough.
