Duelling, Duelling, away from 'Party Poopers'

Kyle concentrated hard, and soon enough, a door appeared on the wall in front of him. He stepped through it, and found himself in a large room filled with all sorts of hiding places, walls, and soft cushions to fall on. He placed a firecracker on the floor, then stepped back outside and closed the door. He waited a minute, then stepped back into the room. It was clear the cracker had gone off, since there was a scorch mark where it had been. 'Perfect' He though with a smile. 'No one will hear' He laughed, stepping over one of the cushions, and positioned himself, crouching, behind a wall. 'Now to wait' He whispered, drawing his wand.

Reta paced back and forth down the fall, concentrating hard, and then finally a door appeared. She didnt know anyone was in there, yet as soon as she stepped in, a scorch mark caught her eye. Drawing her wand quickly, she dodged to the left, in case a spell had indeed been aimed at her as soon as she entered. "Hello?" she called out, dodging behind a small wall to the left of her.

"Ah-ha, hey Reta! It's Kyle" Kyle called, waving a hand over the wall he was behind. "Hope your ready! It's time to get wet!" He laughed, rolling out from behind the wall, his eyes and wand darting around for signs of Reta. He thought he saw her behind a far wall and took aim. "Aguamenti!" He shouted, before darting back behind his wall to wait for her retaliation.

Reta saw a hand appear behind a wall not to far from her, when suddenly a spurt of water spalashed her slightly, as it had hit her wall close to the edge.
Reta stepped from behind her wall, and slowly made her way to the wall Kyle was behind. "Furnuculus!" she shouted, sending the spell over his wall before dodging behind another wall.

Kyle tried to dodge, but was hit squarely in the face. He rolled behind another wall, his arms over his head. 'You had to do it, didn't ya?' He shouted, 'Now your for it' He added, with a grim smile. He leapt out from behind the wall and looked around. 'Reducto!' He said, blasting a nearby wall aside. he repeated this action several times until there were only a 3 walls left, one of which was his. He chose the wall closest to him, took aim, and shouted 'Reducto!'.

Suddenly the wall in front of her was blasted, and she was sent a few feet. Regaining her stance, she dodged behind one of the only other walls there and began firing the Flipendo spell over the top of the wall in random directions.

Kyle grimaced in concentration as spell after spell came pouring over the wall Reta was behind. He leapt back behind his wall, panting. Wow, she's fast He thought to himself. Suddenly, and idea struck him, and he leapt out from behind the wall. 'Reducto!' He shouted, aiming at the only remaing wall. As it was blasted apart, he took aim again, at where he guessed Reta would have been crouching. 'Petrificus Totalus!' He said.

The wall beside her blasted apart, Reta made to dodge from ehr wall, thinking it was next, but no spell came, and as she dodged, she was hit by Kyle's spell, and was instantly petrified.

Kyle cried triumphantly and stepped towards Reta. He muttered a counter curse and stuck out his hand to help her up. 'Gotcha!' He laughed.

"Yea, yea." Reta said. She made as if to take his hand, but instead whipped out her wand and uttered quickly, "Stupify."

Kyle attempted a dodge but was hit in the stomach. "Ugh..." He muttered, before keeling over, struck dumb, and everything turned blurry.

Kyle came to his senses slowly, aware of a voice. He guessed it was Reta's. 'Yeah, okay then..' He said, registering her words. He stood up, rubbed his face and looked around. 'Well done' He laughed 'Got one over on me!' He said. 'You still didn't win, though...' He muttered.
