Found that interesting because my best ideas come when I'm pooped and laying in bed. Or after really long couple days of work and driving home too tired to think about work and life, then the solution comes to a problem in my story.

I've also found that some of the best new ideas in legal scholarship come from people writing slightly outside their fields, rather than the "experts" on the topic.
