I'm not surprised.

There are certainly monetary benefits on several levels, especially with the Canadian economy being so much more stable - at the moment - than America's. Today, for example, our stock market was the only one in the western world that closed higher than it opened.

It's a very short flight up the coast to Vancouver.

Lots and lots of TV shows and movies are filmed there, including things like the Stargate franchise and BSG in the past.

Cool.

Too bad I don't have the skills to apply for a job. Might be the only time I could work for Lucas and stay in Canada.
