I bought and really enjoyed Pat Walsh's book, 78 Reasons why your book may never be published & 14 reasons why it just might. Here is a link to a good interview with Mr. Walsh, who was the founding editor of the independent publisher MacAdam/Cage. The interview was conducted by Powells Books (Powells.com):
