Loch Ness Agencies is a government Agency so secret, that only a select few people know that it exists. Those people are:

These people are the only people who know that Loch Ness Agencies exists. We are set in Washington D.C., and we use snipers, neutralizers, pistols, and a weapon of our own invention, the Ghost Web.
