Every graphic/skin you see on this board (excluding members) is fully copyrighted to Living Designs. All staff work is copyright to to the owner and Living Designs. Stealing and ripping any of this work will result in a permanent ban, there is no excuse for taking our work and passing it off as your own. By us saying excluding members, this does not mean you can rip their work either; it belongs to them.

As a member of Living Designs, you may not post, or send in any form of contact, any prohibited content. This is content which contains: (1) Pornographic images or links; (2) Warez or any form of illegal activity, which includes serial numbers, key generators, hacking information/equipment, illegal download, etc; (3) Abusive, racist, threatening, or obscene content; (4) Violence or excessive use of Profanity.

(1 Pt. Warning)- If you receive a 1 Pt. Warning, then you have disobeyed a rule after being directed by one of our staff members to read all the rules. For the next 5 days you will have that 'tag' . This 'tag' but it will be a constant reminder to you that if you disobey another rule you will receive a 15 day warning known as the '2 Pt. Warning'. The only way to rid of the 1 Pt. Warning is if you do not break any of the rules within 5 days. On the 6th day, after having not broken any rules, the 1 Pt. Warning will be removed.

(2 Pt. Warning)- If you receive a 2 Pt. Warning, this means you have disobeyed a second rule within the first 5 days of the initial warning. This second warning will last an addition 15 days from that date to which you disobeyed the second rule. The second warning is a rather dangerous zone, because your next Pt. warning will temporarily suspend you from the site for a total of 30 days from the third pt. gained. The only way to lose the 2 Pt. Warning is to not break any of the rules within those 15 days. Then on the 16th day the 2 Pt. Warning will be removed. However it will take an addition 5 days to rid of the 1 Pt Warning. Thus, if you make it without rule breaking for 20 days on the 21st day the 1 Pt. Warning will be removed.

(3 Pt. Warning)- If you have received a 3 Pt. Warning, you also will receive this warning by means of both e-mail and P.M. You are allowed to e-mail one of the staff in order to resolve any issues, however, your suspension will last 30 days unless all staff members agree upon early suspension removal. It is upon this 31st day that your suspension will be removed, however, an apology and a heart of true repentance will be needed. In order to prove this you must make an announcement to all the members of your apology and to those whom you have specifically hurt we advise that you P.M. (private message) the individuals. (Keep in mind any one of the admins can and will read you P.M.'s. )

(2 Additional Warnings)~ If you now receive 2 additional warnings after having been suspended, you WILL be BANNED from the site.

You may advertise your forum or website on Living Designs. However we do ask that you have a post count of at least 10 before advertising anything, you may also advertise in your signature. Prohibited Content also may not be advertised in any form. Advertisement through the Personal Messenger system or E-mail is strictly prohibited.

The staff have the right to disable your account at any time without notice; this will only take place in a serious case.

Your account may be removed at anytime without notice, this will only take place in an extremely serious matter.

We reserve the right to ban your IP address. Again, this will only happen in a serious case.

Members are able to change their name twice every six (6) months. This is to prevent any confusion for members and staff.

While Living Designs may host your account on the forum, we cannot guarantee that it'll be protected from crackers (those who use software to get your password), so we advise you have a good password. A good password is one which doesn't have any meaning in the dictionary, birth dates, pet names, band names, or anything which has meaning to you or your personality. A good password would be one which is at least 8 characters long (longer is better). Then a combination of the following: Lower-case Letters (abc...); Upper-case Letters (ABC...); Numeric Characters (123...); and Non-Alphanumeric Characters (&#^@*!...). However, don't have a password you can't remember. A good password would be v8jf*d!A1b (and longer than that if you wish, however you must remember it).

While registering on Living designs, we do ask that your e-mail address is valid and not in anyway non-existing or made-up off of the top of your head, your email address will not be given out, so you don't need to worry about members knowing it.
While selecting/choosing your username, please select something that doesn't contain any obscene language or any URL's to websites. If your username does contain profanity or a URL, then we'll ask you to choose another, if you do not respond with something sutible, then we will delete the account.

By registering here, you agree that the administration team has the right to terminate your account at any time, without contact if necessary.

You also agree that we reserve the right to remove, trash or delete any of your posts or topics; this will only take place in the event that you post anything that violates these Terms of Service.

Here, on Living Designs, you may only register one account. If you are caught with more than one, this will result with you being removed from this board, and your IP banned. This is to prevent cheating in contests.

Your signature may be no bigger than 600x250 pixels. This set size limit is to stop pages from taking longer to load, due to members having large signature file sizes.

Avatars may be maximum dimension of 120x120. This is again to stop pages taking longer to load, and also the prevent pages being deformed due to a large avatar.

Signatures may not contain anything which sounds or video. This can disturb users with a low internet connection speed, and can irritate other members who are; a) already listening to music, and; b) trying to log onto a page (videos and sound may upset internet connections).

By registering on this board, you accept to being the age of thirteen (13) or over. If you are under this age, then you MUST have parental consent, meaning that your parent/guardian should contact Living Designs, which may not be accepted, in order for you to be allowed onto our board.
Please note that if you're under the age of thirteen, unless you contact an administrator as soon as you register, then your account will be removed.

Members are permitted to contact each other through the use of the Personal Messenger system; however we reserve the right to disable this function to any member who uses the system in order to send any form of abusive or advertising content to any other user on Living Designs. If this happens to you then please contact a member of staff immediately.

By registering you accept these terms, if you do not, then do not register. The staff do not need to explain why the rules are what they are, we decide what we want the rules to be on our board. If you have a problem you can contact a member of staff, however the rules will not be edited to what you want them to be.
