Mellissa smiled at her young friend's efforts, and glanced about the room. She wondered what the Brett was up to to make Lily so upset. Turning her attention back to her pretty teapot, Mellissa moved her wand and uttered confidently, "Fera Verto!" The teapot gave a litte pop before turning into a snapping turtle. She smiled to herself; she'd always been good at Transfiguration.

Kat wrinkled her nose at the teapot and tried again. She muttered the spell and soon her teapot looked more turtle like then tea pot like. She grinned and muttered the counter spell so she could try it again. She looked over at her cousin and looked to see how he was doing.
