We are a new and upcoming forum. This means that we have yet to finish all of the little odds and ends like choosing staff for the forums. If you would like to achieve a staff positions pleas follow the format listed below. Please PM the admin that you would like to appeal your staff position. The admins are Saint_Swithin and Robopanda

All job requests must be filled out in the following format or they will be trashed upon notice. All job requests must include the following information...

CODE
[color=red][b]NAME:[/b]
[b]WARN LEVEL:[/b]
[b]POST COUNT:[/b]
[b]MEMBER NUMBER:[/b]
[b]DATE JOINED:[/b]
[b]DESIRED POSITION:[/b]
[b]QUALIFICATIONS:[/b]
[b]CREDENTIALS:[/b][/color]

NAME
This will allow every staff memeber to identify the member requesting a particular position.

WARN LEVEL
Well for obvoius reasons, you should list your warn level because it allows the staff to understand where you stand in realation to behavior. You cannot have any warn level whatsoever, otherwise your job request is null and void.

POST COUNT
If you have a post count of "1", and you are asking for a job, the chances of this is not only small and miniscule, but the chances of you getting a job later on in this forum may be even smaller. You have to have a decent amount of posts. This does not count spam. What we are looking for is active member, because being a staff is an everday thing, so if you cannot beactive as a member, then why would we give you a position that requires a LARGE amount of activity?

MEMBER NUMBER
This tells us how long you have been at the forums, and then we calculate that with your post count, and come to an "activity average". This gives the percentile of activity a member is currently under.

DATE JOINED
A lot of the times, older members have an edge over newer members. Because it is more likely that older members know the forum better and are probably more repsected than newer members are.

DESIRED POSITION
Well you have to be qualified for a position that you sign for, you cannot become a moderator, if you have no clue what the rules state. The positions that are available are Moderator, gfx staff, global mod. You may not apply for admin.

QUALIFICATIONS
This is the most important part of the Application itself. This is the part where you attempt to convince us staff members that you should be hired for the position because of your qualifications. You should try to be as accurate as possible, if you lie on your resume' chances are that you will get caught and that you will "fail" the application.

Jobs are needed such as GFX TEAM, Mods,

[b]FINAL NOTE:
After you are done filling out an application, if the application is done accordingly, then the staff members will have a pollto vote on your fate as far as positions go. You will recieve a PM within a week explaining the reason that you either "failed" or "passed" the requried fields to get that position.

THE ONLY POSITION THAT IS NOT ALLOWED ON A JOB APPLICATION IS THE POSITION OF ADMINISTRATOR, ADMINS ARE CHOSEN UPON AN ADMIN DECIDING THAT THEY WOULD BE A GOOD ADMIN.
