Today on /b/, a sticky was posted wherein the moderators requested that users not post any CP or jailbait, and any users who responded to threads where CP was the OP picture would be banned. They also requested that the infamous raids on Habbo and numerous other internet gathering places stop. A large group of relatively new /b/tards declared the sticky and the information therin an outrage and migrated to 2ch.ru, a Russian 2chan clone that has almost no moderation. CP will be deleted, but the user will not be banned. Meanwhile, the true, original /b/tards, knowing that these rules have been in effect since the creation of 4chan itself, reacted to this sudden outburst with many insightful threads, including one by myself, which actually got stickied.

Currently, 4chan.org may be under a Denial of Service attack, and the creator, Robert "Moot" Bopkins may choose to return /b/, with it's 12,000,000 posts, to 1GET, or the very first post. It remains to be seen what kind of things will happen in this Internet Civil War, or whether it will amount to anything at all.

I have recieved word that 4chan is indeed under a crapflood attack.
