Neko

Paw by paw, Dappley trotted around, searching for some poppy seeds. The Great Sycamore was usually overflowing with poppy plants, therefore the best place to look for them. Her mentor had told her to find catnip and the seeds today, and it was just dawn, so she would have time to hunt afterwards. Opening her mouth, she tasted the air. The scent of of poppy lingered in the air, though it was not specified where; the scent was old, which wasnt much help. Dappledpaw continued her search, finally seeing some seeds not far off. She picked them up in her mouth, careful not to swallow. The young tortoiseshell she-cat exhaled deeply, considering abandoning the task her mentor had assigned her. What was she thinking? Of course she had to do this! Dappley shook her head, clearing away the bothersome thought. She padded off, towards camp, to drop off the poppy seeds, tail flicking the whole time.
