1. TOS When You register here You hereby accept these Terms of Service. 2. Illusion Graphics May alter/change or add to the terms of service without warning. 3. Skins/Graphics All Skins/GFX on Illusion Graphics are copywrite to Illusion Graphics, and therefore may not be altered/changed or Distributed without the creators permission. 4. Member Submissions All modifications/Member GFX/Member Skins are submitted by members of Illusion Graphics, Therefore we have no controll over the origin of the modifications. 5. Requests All forum requests and skin request will remain copywrite to Illusion Graphics, failure to dispay the copywrite will result in removal of the skin or board and the board will be reported to the main invisionfree site. 6. Material Illusion Graphics does NOT Guarantee that all the material on this site Works and will NOT Harm your Board, Although we will try to prevent any dangerous or unusable material from being posted. 7. Advertising Advertisments can Go in your Signature and in the Designed Areas of this forum. Anywhere else is Prohibited. 8. Flam/Spam Illusion Graphics will not tolerate Flam/Spam, All members Caught Spamming/Flamming will be warned without notice. 9. General Forum Resposibilty Please be responible and use Mature and appropriate language on the forum. 10. Suspensions Suspensions will be given to members with a warning status of 100% or more, the length of the suspension will be in accordance with the reason for warnings. 11. Warnings Warning will not be removed from a member withought valid reasoning or permission from an administrator. Members with a warning level above 0% will not be eligable for any competitions or contests on Illusion Graphics unless permission has been given by an administrator. 12. Staff Responsibilities Staff have a responsability to uphold on the forum and there for all who wish to become staff must ensure there activity or they will not be granted a position, if any staff member remains inactive for 2 or more weeks they shall recieve a removal warning message and if there activity does not pick up then they shall be removed from there staff position. 13. Signature Limits In order to keep the forum easily accessable to all members we have a set restriction on signature sizes. this will prevent unnecessary loading times as well as keeping the forum easily viewable by all members. All member and staff signatures are to be no bigger that the size of 1 standard CD case. All members who fail to meet this requirement will have there signature's removed.
