Went to the game tonight and found out that they are offering 10 packs of vouchers for $95.00. These can be used in any combination..for example 10 people to 1 game or 1 person to 10 games, 5 people to 2 games etc. That is really a good savings, only 9.50 per game. The arena is really nice, met some nice people and had a real good time.

Ate dinner at Bennigans (yummy!), but next time will try Sully's. It is a sports bar near the Civic Center and was recommended by the "locals". You can park in the ramp across the street from the Civic Center and walk to it.

I went to the OKC Barons-Peoria Rivermen game on 10/30.

We arrived in Peoria around noon and found plenty to see and do. It was a beautiful day to walk around along the riverfront and in town.

The Peoria Historical Society has information regarding tours, too.

The Carver arena was only about half full, but the game was well played. The Rivermen dominated the first period; Barons, the second and third.

Gerber had a good game in goal for the Barons.

I love the smaller AHL venues.
