Moving pictures are called "Animated Pictures" you can make them with programs such as photoshop or the gimp (i think you can with the gimp anyway..) If you dont want to use those programs and you want to make moving pictures with the program you have even though it doesn't support it, I suggest trying Animagic GIF (its a 30 day free trial, but I had mine for over 100 days and it still works so its a unlimited one And please follow the guidelines,

My thinking. Might not work.. 1. Make a animated picture first. 2. Upload the picture 3. Get an Affliates box 4. Use the code:
into the affiliated sites part. 5. Around the part where you put the affiliated sites, put the code
