Is it ok if my certification of finances being turned a few days later than the dealine? We're having some kind of bank issues. and by the way, I'm an international student

All international applicants must complete the International Student Certification of Finances form. This form is a required element of one's application for admissions and therefore should be submitted by the application deadline. Without this form, one's application will be considered incomplete and we will be unable to review it for admission. You need to submit this form as soon as possible.

I am an international applicant. Do you need my official first semester transcript enclosed in my mid-year report ?
As I know the deadline of mid-year report is Feb-15. Is it the date on post mark or the date you receive the report?

All applicants are required to have their high school guidance counselor submit the mid-year report along with an updated high school transcript. An updated transcript must be included with the mid-year report, and the forms must be sent by your school to be considered official.

The mid-year report deadline is February 15th and that is a postmark deadline just like all of our other deadlines.

I just got my first quarter grades and would like the admissions office to see them. Can I send a photocopy of my report card, or should I ask for a new transcript to be sent by my guidance office?

Grades / transcripts submitted directly by the applicant are considered unofficial and will not be processed with one's application. Any updated senior years grades (quarter, semester, trimester) must be submitted directly by one's school to Johns Hopkins.
