Ok, so unfucking the LAW is going to be a bit more challenging then just returning it.

Apparently, Soul of the Warrior doesn't accept returns if it's been opened. Frankly, I think that's bullshit, and if they don't accept it then I'm going to flip the fuck out and make a thread on every paintball related forum I can find telling people not to buy anything from them.

In the highly likely event that they do not accept the LAW back, then we've got a few courses of action.

- It is possible that Lamanna wasn't firing the LAW correctly. I flubbed it the first time I shot it too, and I would have continued shooting it wrong until Bill showed me how to do it. So, it's not impossible that Lamanna was just shooting it wrong.

- If it still isn't shooting right, we can take off that magic strip of tape and attempt to find and repair the problem. It may be a matter of just tightening a fitting. If we can't find out what's wrong, we can take it to a gun tech either at Skirmish or at a paintball store.

- If we can't fix it, and a pro can't fix it, we can throw it in the river. Or leave it in the German base. Or make new guys carry it. Or use it as a fake prop.

"Now LAW is perfect for throwing out!"

Bill and I sat down together and fired it a few times on a fresh can mid-game.

The thing can not be preloaded, can not have attached CO2, and if it does, drains the tank in less than an hour.

It's completely impractical to employ on a field level. Yes it -can- work but only under 100% perfect conditions.

I'm a proponent of remoting it, and just turning the tank on when needed.

If constant leaking is the issue, then yeah, a remote with on off switch should work
