On the Rise...
The streets were quiet apart from a few hobos in some areas and a few cars. Inside one of the apartments stood a negro man, his face mask blocking anyone from seeing his true face, he grabbed his shotgun and pointed it at the man on the floor. The man on the floor had been bound and his mouth was taped together, he yelled, probably something along the lines of, "No! Stop!" The negro ignored the comments and pulled the trigger, sending blood and brains splattering onto the sofa behind.

I've been in the mood for a western. I'm just having fun at the moment by myself, but feel free to join in. I would prefer that any powers/weird traits start out subtle, the RP can get weirder as we go along.

An explosion killing thousands of innocent people erupted at 1:00 PM earlier today. In a blink of an eye, all those people, dead. The people behind the attack are unknown and are still in hiding, are they scared of us? Are they scared of what the Defenders of Lucian would do to them?
