A Little Word About Taki...

Hey.

I wasn't quite sure where to put this but if it's in the wrong place, K, tell me and I'll move it.

I just wanted everyone to know that me, Asrella, the player behind Taki, doesn't think of anyone on the board the way Taki does. I tend to play Taki as not very charitable in his estimations of other people and not hesitant to say so out loud. I'm not that fond of how Taki turned out in the anime/manga (unless I'm missing something, there's not a whole lot to him other than bad boy plot device) so I'm trying to give him more substance here which includes characterizations (his penchant for calling people by mean nicknames) and a back story which gets revealed slowly and in sections. He's serving the purpose of antagonist and I hope no one minds his attitude or personality quirks.

Honestly, he's not bad. He's just drawn that way! LOL.

Anybody got problems with Taki, let me know.

We'll consider not beating the hell out of you for bothering us with your petty concerns.

I don't have a problem with Taki, nor how he's played.

After all, he takes teasing seriously, and Ryuichi thinks that's freakin' HILARIOUS!

Naw this place is fine for this discussion I guess ^^ As I told you before, I LOVE how you play Taki. You give him spunk, but you're right he does usually have 'bad boy plots'.

As long as everyone else realizes that this is just the character and not really how YOU the person is...then there is no need to worry.

And I'm sure most people understand this.

I absolutely adore your Taki, as I have told you! I'm sure people will realise its not really you behind the bad boy image.

Taki does get a raw deal plot wise in the manga. I simply cannot wait to hear your take on his back story. Personally I see Taki as ambitious and hard working. And Tohma knows how hard the struggle is to get to the top. Sometimes you have to get a little bit merciless to achieve your goals, no? ~wink~

But seriously, your take on Taki is great. It would have been nice to have the characterization played out more in the manga and series.

But, Sakuma-san, Money may not be everything, but is sure does come in very handy
