The Dutch DA has made it known that it does not expect to win its final case against the Hells Angels, and will not pursue any new cases against the motorcycle club. The DA had tried outlawing all seven chapters of the club, claiming they were a criminal organization, but the judges did not agree and acquitted the club. Even the triple murder of three members of the Hells Angels Nomads chapter failed to send the involved HA to prison. All men have been released from prison. One of those Nomads has since been found dead in his home. His death has been ruled a suicide.

The Nomads suspected of killing their three brothers are now demanding 3,5 million euros from the Dutch government. They say they were unjustly held in prison for three years. And in those three years could not earn money. A few also claim that during this period their business went bankrupt. After their acquittal most Nomads were kicked out of the HA, and a few joined the new Southeast Chapter, after the Nomads chapter had been disbanded.

Yes. I think they knew the murders would continue to burden the Nomads chapter, so they thought of this tactic. I don't know which members joined the new Southeast chapter but I think that will be be the HA who proved themselves loyal during the time they were locked up. -------------------- Check out the Gangsters Inc website for all your news and info about organized crime and the mafia!

No compensation for Hells Angels
Friday 28 August 2009 Members of the motor cycle gang Hells Angels have lost their claim for a total €2.2m in damages after several court cases to have the organisation banned failed. In total, 24 Hells Angels had gone to court asking for compensation. But judges said the public prosecution department had been right to investigate the group for criminal activities and turned down their claim. The biggest claims were made by Willem van Boxtel, former head of the Amsterdam chapter and Harrie Stoeltie. They had claimed €1.8m between them. |
