Has anybody else heard od this guy. I have seen him in mob books. he was a Florida loanshark who worked for neil Dellacroce. From what i read the guy was a real psycho he once jumped on the desk of a guy who owed him monet and bit part of his nose off. In 1979 Dellacroce ordered Gotti and his crew to whack him since they were both on trial. Does anybody have any mor infor and photos of Tony Plate
