First off, Invision prohibits several things.

Prohibited Content includes any Content that breaks any local, state, county, national or international law. Prohibited Content also includes:

(b) Abusive, threatening, defamatory, racist, or obscene Content;
(c ) Viruses or any other harmful computer software;

(g) Terrorism;
(h) Hacking or cheating for internet/online games;
(i) Warez, Roms, CD-Keys, Cracks, Passwords, or Serial Numbers;
(j) Pornography, nudity, or sexual material of any kind;
(k) Excessive profanity;
(l) Content that is invasive of privacy or impersonation of any person/entity; and
(m) Hacking materials or information.

Now, for our rules, some of the may be repeats.

1) No discrimination/offensive remarks towards a persons ethnicity, race, sex, or sexual preference.
We want to keep a healthy atmosphere here.

2) Do not make attacks/hurtful statements towards other members.

3) No Flame Baiting or Trolling
If you are the cause of a flame war, you will earn a suspension. Any other persons who participated in the flaming will also be suspended.

4) Please use your language appropriately.
We have no language filter right now, but please use your higher intelligence before posting. Abuse of this privilege will cause it to be revoked, and a language filter will be in place for a set amount of time. Please try to keep the 4 letter expletives to a minimum.

5) No pornographic links/images.
Full frontal nudity, partial nudity, and/or sexual acts are not permitted. There is a zero tolerance for this, and if anyone is caught posting the such that was listed, a permanent ban will be placed.

What is acceptable?
Images that have bikini's, or similar style of clothing/apparel, are acceptable. Basically, make sure the "naughty" areas are covered.

If at any time, you feel your image maybe unacceptable, please PM a Mod or the Admin and we'll review it and let you know ASAP.

6) No warez/roms/mp3's
The linking to copyrighted material is strictly prohibited. It will result in your account being banned from the forums.

Spamming is, but not limited to:
- posting a link to a site for commercial gain(sites like wal-mart, amazon, etc. are okay)
- creating multiple topics that are off-topic to the forum
- thread that has nothing to do with what is being discussed
- replying in a manner that is to boost your post count
- replying in a manner that doesn't help the productivity of a thread

9)No discussion of, or participation in forum attacks/spam raids
Any discussions concerning forum attacks/spam raids and other sorts of rule-breaking on this or other forums is strictly prohibited. Do not engage in these sorts of discussions, as they may be met with either a suspension or a ban.

10) No creating Joke/secondary accounts.
Some accounts may be considered insensitive to certain people and the name alone could start a flame war.

In the case that a secondary account is made to bypass a suspension, the original account and any subsequent joke accounts will be permanently banned.

11) No talking trash about GN either here or at other forums and no advertising OR trash talking other forums here.
Most of us are fed up with G4 and mad about the way they do things so a little stress relief in that sense is okay here. HOWEVER, coming here (or going to other forums) and saying things like, "Oh GN sucks because it sucks" or anything stupid like that will NOT be tolerated. Decision on punishment still pending.
