10 year old girl gives birth to a baby... What the hell is this world coming to?

Earlier this year, a 9-year-old schoolgirl in northeast China gave birth to a healthy baby boy. In 2008, another 10-year-old girl in Idaho, who got pregnant at age 9, carried a baby to term. And back in 1939, as TIME reported, Lina Medina of Peru, became pregnant at the age of 5 years, 8 months, and became a mother by age 6 years, 5 months.

I've heard that girls are entering puberty at an early age. Babies having babies. Is this part of our evolution? And why is it happening?

I blame it on the growth hormones they gives livestock. You know, quick buck and all.

It says that Spanish law states that sex with someone under 13 is considered child abuse but since the father is also minor, they don't suspect rape. Though I have heard of rapists who are under 13.
