This game is never going to die! Unless it gets released and its mediocre. Then it'll just vanish. But if it's released and its amazing, it keeps on going. Or, if its a giant piece of crap, it becomes infamous as the game that was developed for 10 years and sucked harder than anything before it.

If Chinese Democracy came out, Duke Nukem Forever can come out.

They do have experience working with other developer's IPs during their earlier days.

Hmm never said its not going to come out. I believe it will, just saying it won't die as a focus of conversation unless its just meh when it does. Epic = more conversation, Epic Fail = what all other fails are compared to. But if its meh, then its comes out people play it, its maybe decent then no one cares anymore.

Well to be fair, did anyone expect it to be mind-blowing? A GNR album with only Axl as the surviving member can only do so well.
Though it's technically only a rumor for now, I do hope that this one finally sees the light of day. Gearbox has done pretty well in the past, so I think they could make something pretty good out of this. I doubt it'll reinvent the wheel by any means, but another Duke Nukem game wouldn't hurt.
