During the last meeting Josh and I developed a schedule of shifts for staff at Kin-Yoobi Con. Since nobody else was involved we just kinda through people into spots. We did however take into consideration where many people would be, for example we didn't schedule Andrew anywhere because we know he'll mostly be doing the table top stuff along with Jon and Peter. And also people like Nick and Jason most likely would want to just be involved with the video games and that's about it. People who didn't directly have responsibilities we just put ya where ever. But don't worry, the shifts are 2 hour spots and you'll have six shifts so you'll be moving around. Here it is:

Many spots, like watchers allow one to do one's duty and be actively involved in activities as well. If you're in the manga library for instance you'll be chillin in the balcony and can participate in the panels as well as watching over the mangas. So it's all good. Also keep in mind that we will most likely have additional help as well, from Janine's friends, and Eddie's friends, and KCRH, but it's good to know we have things covered on our own just in case.

Lol. Eddie's my partner. XP And that does look like an accurate description of where I'll be. ^_^; And it's not in the morning, so that's perfect for me. X3

So, these aren't the real time shifts, right? If so, I'm gonna bring something up at the next meeting.

Yes, this is the real deal. And if you have an issue with it please bring it up at the meeting. It's important to be actively involved in the meetings so you'll get your say, we developed this schedule during a meeting actually, but only Josh and I were paying any attention, heh, so for the most part we just randomly throw people where ever.

well lol the list is a rough; draft b/c we're not 100% sure on who's staffng there for sure.
so it's a rough draft that is not final but is still open to change. when we made it we tried not to have people conflict w/ wat they wanted to do/were best at. for example we didn't want to schedule eddie at the registration booth during the cosplay competition b/c he is helping/hosting it.
