A few years ago E3 was the biggest video game convention in the world. Then all of a sudden the coordinators of the expo decided to scale it down and it hasn't been the same since. However, they have found the folly in their ways and are now working towards bringing the expo back to its former glory.

Through my chabot college radio station connection I was able to get free admission for E3 this year. So, I'll be taking the trip to LA to check it out. E3 has always been famous for allowing its attendees to play games in very early development that won't get released for awhile. I'm expecting there will be games like Final Fantasy 13, Starcraft 2, Diablo 3 and ext. to play.

Consider taking the road trip with me to E3, heh. It would be fun. I know that's quite a long shot for most people though. Considering that admission to E3 costs $400. Also, since its a 3 day con (June 2-4, Tuesday-Thursday), hotel and food expenses will be included as well, however those expenses could be split between others that would like to go, so that expense could possibly not be that high. I'm just throwing that out there. Think about it. It would be worth it, heh.

Well, E3 is happening June 2-4 which is during the summer, so school will be out then. Unless you're planning to go to summer school, then that's that, heh. Heh, yeah, can't really help with the money thing, I know that's the biggest deterent.

That is true. But you can register under the non profit video game and animation company, "Game-Zone Recreation" and it should be cool. That's what I did for the Game Developers Conference, heh.
