1) Accepting the Terms of Service:
By using our skins, graphics, and modifications, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions at all times and to any changes made to these terms.

2) The Service:
We make no guarantee that everyone will find a skin or graphic to match their board's style and/or needs. You agree that we may make changes and/or amendments to our service, including limitation. You understand that GFXK may change these rules at any time without given notice.

3) Content:
All content posted on GFXK, including (but not limited to) skins, graphics, modifications, and any other material of that sort is property of both GFXK and the respective author. They may not be posted or re-distributed anywhere else without our consent.

All material treated by us is only valid for InvisionFree board users.

3.1) The Skins and Copyright:
All skins should come with an internally embedded CSS copyright. This copyright notice is not to be tampered with and under no circumstances can it be removed.

3.2) Prohibited Content::
You may not post, upload, link to, or e-mail any content that contains, promotes, instructs about, or provides prohibited content such as the following.
- Do NOT post skins that you have not made yourself.
- Content that infringes upon any rights (including but not limited to copyrights and privacy rights)
- Abusive, threatening, defamatory, racist, or obscene material.
- Viruses, Hacking, or any other harmful computer software.
- False Information; libel.
- Spam or pyramid schemes.
- Gambling.
- Illegal drugs.
- Terrorism.
- Warez, CD-Keys, Serial Numbers, etc.
- Pornography, nudity, or sexual material of any kind.
- Excessive profanity
- Invasion of privacy or impersonation of any person or entity.

4) Proxy IP Addresses:
If you are using a proxy IP address to access our website you do so at your own risk. While most people use a proxy in a legal manor we can not assume this is the case in all situations. If you are caught using a Proxy IP address we will consider this a hostile act and we have the right with or without warning to you, suspend your account and IP ban the address and/or address range you are using.

5) Masking Your IP Address:
If you are masking your regular IP address in any way to access our website you do so at your own risk. The only reason we use IP addresses is to verify potential compromised accounts and other potential security risks. If you are found to be masking your IP address for any reason (legal or illegal) we will consider this a hostile act and immediately IP ban the address or address range you are using. If this continues to be a habitual occurrence we reserve the right to contact Invisionfree or your web host provider and request further action be taken against you.

6) Multiple Accounts:
You are not allowed to have multiple accounts with GFXK. If you are found to have multiple accounts including, but not limited to active, suspended, or banned accounts, any and all accounts can be deleted without warning.

6.1) Usernames and Name Changes:
The administrators of this board do not permit username changes unless you are in dire need of this change. A few example of acceptable reasons are:
- username contains your full (first and last) name.
- username contains your full e-mail address.
- someone pursuing you could recognize your current username.
Aside from reasons of that calibur, you may not have your username changed by our administrators. You may, however, create a new account with the name you want. This is not recommended if you want to keep your posts and/or reputation. This is the only situation in which you are allowed to breach the terms of Item 6.

6.2) Cheating in Graphic or Skin Battles:
You may not cheat in graphic or skin battles using multiple accounts. If you are using multiple accounts for this purpose, your accounts will be deleted without warning and you are subject to being punished in any way we see fit in section 7.

7) Punishment:
When in breach of any of these terms, the following actions can and will be taken:
- 1st warning (informal).
- 2nd warning (formal).
- 3rd warning (last chance).
- Suspension (When out of warning your username will be suspended or put on mod queue until we see fit for you to return).
- Ban (You agree that we may terminate your access to our site).

7.1) Ripping Punishments:
If found ripping a
- gradient, you will be warned and suspended for five days.
- whole skin, you will be warned and suspended for fifteen days or more depending on the situation.
- part of a graphic, you will be warned and suspended for five days.
- whole graphic, you will be warned and suspended for fifteen days or more depending on the situation.
- modification, you will be warned and suspended for fifteen days or more depending on the situation.

If found ripping other copyrighted material, you will be warned and suspended for fifteen days.

You agree we have the right to list you on the Ripper's Blacklist. You agree we have the right to warn you twice in order to enable a suspension, giving the fact that the first staff member to warn you wasn't able to.

7.2) Evading punishment:
If you are found to be a member of this forum who has had been previously disiplined by one of the methods listed in section 7, we have the right to terminate your account with or without warning.

8) Advertising:
You may not advertise your forums/site or recruit our members for your staff positions anywhere on our board apart from in the 'Advertising' section and in your signatures. The same board may only be advertised once by it's Head Admin. If caught, your post will be deleted and punishments will be implemented (See figure 7.).

8.1) Personal Message Advertising
Advertising or recruiting members/staff for your board or any other member's board, IF or not, resource or not, is strictly prohibited via Personal Message on this board. You agree that we have the right to implement punishments without warning if you are caught doing this.

8.2) Free Forum Hosts:
You are not allowed to advertise other forum hosts (free or paid) unless express consent has been given by an administrator. We reserve the right to edit/block/modify links to such websites.

8.3) Free/Paid Web Hosts:
You are not allowed to advertise web host providers (free or paid) unless express consent has been given by an administrator. We reserve the right to edit/block/modify links to such websites.

8.4) Resource Boards:
Advertisement of other IF or IPB resource boards on this board is strictly prohibited. You agree and understand that we only prohibit this in the best interest of the GFXK.

9) Members:
As a member of GFXK, you are held responsible for all, if any, indecorous actions at outside forums and/or websites.

9.1) Website/Board Owners:
As a member of GFXK and website and/or board owner, we are not held responsible for any obscene occurances taking place at your website and/or board upon posting your link in the Plug Your Forum area, or other suitable areas. You understand we cannot restrain our members from acting dissatisfactory.

10) Enforcement of Rules/Terms of Service:
We reserve the right to delete and posts/topics/polls, posted on the forums that disagree with these guidelines.

11) Termination:
You agree that once your account is created here, we reserve the right to terminate it at any time—without notice if need be.

12) Damages & Inconveniences:
You understand and agree that GFXK will not be held responsible for any bugs or problems with your board once our skins and/or modifications have been installed. You use our services at your own risk.

13) General Notice:
Please remember that we are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy or completeness/usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this BB. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by e-mail. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so within a reasonable time frame if we determine that removal is necessary. You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this BB to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of any law. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by this BB.

14) Modification of These Terms:
GFXK reserves the right to make changes to these terms as often as needed and without notice.

15) Privacy Policy:
GFXK can guarantee that your details will not be given or shown to any third parties when using our board or any of our other features/products found on the website.
