That's right, this thread shall be where otaku can meet each other. Give us some of the animes you like, not the ones you dislike. Start another thread for that, please.

Well, I am a major Otaku.

I have way too many likes to list...so you can kinda picture that running for a while...but I'll give a little taste of what I like.

I like Love Hina, All things FMP, almost all things Gundam, Rurouni Kenshin (including Samurai X), DearS, Gunslinger Girl, Tsubasa Chronicle, Negima, Hellsing, etc, etc, etc.

Now let's hear about you.

I'd probably agree with about 99% of everything mentioned so far for me except for thew Samurai X movie, that thing absolutely sucked, to the max, especially compared to the OVAs

oooh you know what's crazy? I found this website aaaaages ago, registered for it, and then totally forgot about it. I found it again yesterday!

It's a listing thing, where you can go and make lists of anime you have/have seen/whatever. I made a list a list of all the stuff I own (not including stuff I've downloaded) so if you want, you can all check it out.
BTW, it's not exactly up to date, yesterday I added some Tsubasa books but other than that it's about a year behind lol. The first page is random stuff that wouldn't fit into anyother category, but scroll down a bit and you'll find links to view the other lists (my manga, my anime...etc You'll find the links on the left side of the page)

Enjoy, for some reason happy.gif

you do? lol good! So there was a purpose in the madness hehe

Yeah, well I've been collecting for *counts* um...6 years? Something like that...but I made it like my personal mission to collect all the CLAMP manga and artbooks about 4 years ago so that's when I really went crazy, lol.
I've got no bookshelf space left T_T And couple that with plushies and a few collectibles and gashapon figures....I'm really running out of room in my.....room. ninja.gif

It really makes having two jobs worthwhile lol
God, I need help >_<

Well, if anything, something I just recently thought about that I thought I'd share is anime that actually made me cry or come very close to crying. Seriously, the only thing besides these that made me cry for something not real was Final Fantasy X's ending.

10 words, Rurouni Kenshin and the OVAs (Not the movie though) OWN! lol Dub or sub, the Rurnouni Kenshin OVAs especially are probably my all time favorite footage ever made, especially the first one, Remembrence, which could be considered a stand-alone anime movie in itself of the highest caliber of footage ever made period.

Next up I'd have to say is probably Chrono Crusade, the sub preferably. Although based around some extreme and unorthodox usage of the Catholic religion's name to the point of sheer blasphemy, it delivers like a masterpiece in terms of sheer emotional power alone.

Following close behind is probably Gundam Seed, the sub again preferably for me. This may not have necessarily been quite the tear jerker as the above two but it's the only thing that has come close to their emotional power aside from possibly Elfen Lied, again the sub.

Well I think that's all I can think of for now.
