Date of birth: October 13, 1977
Place of birth: Rockford, IL
Eye color: Black, formerly blue.
Hair color: Bald, formerly blond.
Complexion: Pale white, formerly caucasian.
Build: Thin (appearance conceals very powerful muscle)
Marital/family status: Separated from a wife and two children.
Typical attire: Fugitive was last seen wearing a medical gown during his escape, but has almost certainly acquired new civilian clothes in order to blend in with the general populace.
Tattoos/Piercings: A tattoo of a phoenix located on his chest.
Significant medical history: No significant history prior to contracting HVV at some point in the first half of 2005.
Last known location: Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Additional Notes: Fugitive was originally captured during the summer of 2005 in Winnebago County, Illinois. Interviews with the subject confirm the theory that he had been feeding off of animals during the early weeks of his transformation. It is still unknown how he contracted the disease. After having difficulty containing his need for human blood, the subject then assaulted his first human victim (Abigail Hendrix, age 34) whom he killed in his bloodlust. Because of the Federal Vampire and Zombie Agency (FVZA) did not exist at the time (the FVZA would not be reactivated until a few months afterwards) his case was handled entirely by local law enforcement who succeeded in capturing the subject alive.
After captured, the subject was then transferred to the Santa Rosa Institute for research purposes. Dyer was used for various testing until his recent escape on November 1st, 2009. How he managed to escape is still under investigation, but he managed to slay two orderlies, and one researcher is currently missing.
The subject may be armed and is likely very violent. In the event that he is encountered exercise extreme caution and refer to the FVZA for assistance.
