So, Prop 8 passed and I am yet again disgusted by people. I can't believe anyone even considered this fucking law, it's vile. It dehumanizes a community just because some religious zealot was too much of a fucking pussy to even consider a life style outside of his own.
If this sticks around, then that means the Nazi's were right and black people can be enslaved again, cause it doesn't fucking matter. Anyone who supported that law is disgusting, this had better be repealed. I'm going to keep putting up this image until it does. Join me.  |

Wow a lot happened while I was away from here.
As far as I'm aware there are sets of lawyers, and (obviously) protest groups that are standing against prop 8 despite it being passed. It appears groups are going to attempt to work around or purge the law. Dosen't look to me like this is over yet. Now that I think about it... isn't this the second time this same very thing has happened? |

Yes, but I am still pissed at it. I'm more angry at the fact that it keeps coming up no matter how hard people try to prove that it's unconstitutional.

people are too afraid to have to expand the definition on how americans live thier life. They don't want to admit to the fact that historically and around the world you see it all over and this is a natural progression for a country such as ours.
but as Vlack said, some people with some power were planning on this way ahead of time, it's far from a defeat. More like a speed bump. |

It's a big bump though don't think too lightly of it.
This is a very heavy topic, and it's goingto take a lot of fighting power to come out on top of the situation if you were against it. If you want to make a differance you got to work for it and show your true colors. |

I've been getting into arguments over it this past week, I think my colors are out there and waving.
Like you said emanon, it's the natural progression, but there'll always be people who want to halt it. I'll keep arguing with people until this foolish law stays down for good. |
