Welcome to Empty Souls, a support forum ran by and for people suffering from depression and related mental health issues.Due to the nature of the forum,we believe it is in everyones interests that we lay out a few guidelines for member behaviour on the board.

* Please be aware at all times that all members are people just like you and should be treated with respect, just as you yourself expect to be treated.
* Please keep sexual swearwords and banter to a minimum.While swearing is not banned in itself, excessive use will result in a warning for the member involved.
* No personal attacks or insulting behaviour to other members will be tolerated, any member who attacks, insults or belittles another member will recieve an immediate ban.
* If at any time you should see or receive any material on the board or via pm,that you find offensive or that makes you uncomfortable, please report the item immediately to one of the Admins, who will deal with it appropriately.Do not take matters into your own hands and respond to such items.It only makes matters harder to resolve for the Admin.
* No arguing on the board please!!!!! Such things only make life uncomfortable for us all.If you wish to take up any issues you may have with another member, as above please contact one of the Admin who will deal appropriatley with the matter.
* The Admins word is final, once a descision has been reached re an issue arrising on the board, the descision will stand.
* We just want this to be a safe and happy community for people to be comfortable in, we dont want anyone to feel they are under pressure.On the whole we are pretty easy going, and will deal with matters as and when they arise in the best interests of the board as a whole.
* Feel free to pm either one of us with any matter you want to discuss privately whether or not it concerns the board, we dont bite I promise!!!!
* Last of all, relax and enjoy yourselves here, take advantage of the facilities and make yourselves at home.We are all here to support one another, but it is also a place you can let your hair down and try and leave the stresses of your life behind, even for a short while.
