Hello and welcome to Eclipse of the Moon forums! I hope you enjoy it here, but there are some ground rules that you MUST FOLLOW! NO EXCEPTIONS!

So here are the rules to be followed. Read them well.

1. Do not SPAM up the forum. SPAM or Stupid, Pointless, Annoying, Messages; are posts less than 4 words that mean nothing at all or to the subject or are without point. Do not SPAM. Make sure your sentences have a point to them, and your posts are 4 words or more. At least a warning will be given to you.

2. Double/Triple Posting is also prohibited. You should only post once before and after another member. If you have something else to add, please edit your post and add that extra information in your original post. If flood control causes you to have your post repeated, you can delete your other posts. You will recieve a warning, if you fail to follow this rule.

3. Flaming, bashing, trashing, or any insults to member's opinions, statements, members themselves, their likes and dislikes, or anything at all to be flamed or bashed is against the rules. Anything, I mean as in religions, politics, television, movies, music, etc. But you can make a point. Please respect members, and certain subjects. Punishment will be immediate banning, suspension, or IP banning. If one flame happens, it will be a warning, but it the flaming exceeds its limit, it will go to the higher punishments.

4. Respect the staff of the forum. Do not talk back to the admins, the mods, or the super mods EVER! Respect what they have to say and do. A warning or suspension will be punishment.

5. Sexual abuse on this forum, will not be allowed! Anyone sending sexually harrassing PMs or posts will be banned. No disgusting sexual talk, no hentai, no pornography, nudity in pictures, etc. WILL be deleted and the poster of these images will be IP banned!

6. Do not be cursing and such most of the time. Say little words that don't mean anything harsh, and say them not as regularly. This forum should not be R rated.
You will at least recieve a warning.

7. Threatening people with violent images and sending them treatedning PMs or posts about killing someone on the board, will also be immediately IP banned! Do not show pictures of guns, gore, and anything exceeding the limit of blood.

8. Fanfictions should only be G--PG-13 on the scale. Nothing going to R or NC-17 or whatnot will be allowed to be shown. If discovered of showing innappropiate writing, your story will be deleted and you will be suspended or banned.

9. While advertising, do not steal someone else's website and call it your own. You can, however, show another person's website and say that you found it, but it's not yours. Your own website must not have pornography, hentai, or any sexual images or conversation or gorey violence added. If you do not obey this rule, you will be suspended.

10. If you are showing your fan art, please do not let it have gore, guns, nudity, any language, pornography, hentai, or anything innappropiate to be for fan art. Also, if you see anything of good fan art, do not take it and call it your own. You will earn a suspension, if you do so.

11. The announcements area is only for the administrator or other staff members to post site information, not any information about yourself or Sailor Moon. It must have some importance to the site as well. Anyone that fails to understand this rule, will recieve a warning.

12. To anyone new to the site, please respect them and say hello to them, and remind them to follow the rules. When they introduce themselves, do not say anything rude, please say hello and welcome them. Failure to follow this rule will be a warning.

13. If a member who is leaving says that they are leaving, just say good-bye. Do not try to give out a nasty comment or insult to them, before they leave. Also, do not force them to stay. Anything against this rule will be a warning.

14. Any flaming or bashing against Sailor Moon will not be tolerated. You will be IP banned immediately! If you are not here to talk about Sailor Moon and are not a Sailor Moon fan, please leave, you obviously have no life at all.
