Five Dubs, four Tyrone charged The Central Disciplinary Committee has confirmed that arising out of incidents in the Tyrone V Dublin Alllianz National Football league game on the 5th February the following players have been charged. Tyrone players – Ryan McMenamin, Michael McGee, Owen Mulligan and Kevin Hughes have been charged under Rule 140 of the Official Guide 2003. In addition Mulligan and Hughes have been charged under Rule 138 of the 2003 Official Guide. The Tyrone County Board has also been charged under Rule 140 and they have been asked to identify the official who was involved in an incident with a Dublin player. Dublin players – Bryan Cullen, Ciarán Whelan, Kevin Bonner, Alan Brogan and Peadar Andrews have each been charged under Rule 140 of the Official Guide. Cullen and Andrews are also charged under Rule 138. The Dublin County Board have been charged under Rule 140. Players concerned have three days to request a personal hearing. A meeting of the CDC has been scheduled for Saturday next. |
