.Avatars are not to exceed 200 by 200 pixels ; They will automatically scaled down to 200 x 200

FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN USER WARNINGS. CONTINUALLY NEGLECTING THE RULES WILL RESULT IN A PERMANENT BAN.

Details:

Depending on the severity of the matter, you will have up to three strikes (Warning via PM) if its minor before User Warnings, but if its severe enough you get User Warnings, no chances.

If you persist to do what you were clearly warned not to, it will eventually result to a Forum Ban. You can log in if you're banned, but you are only permitted to read the forum and send PMs.
