The reigning powers in the world, the Servants of Heaven served YHWH and the Lord of Angels, Metatron. They exsist to preserve the Status Quo, and to keep their control of the Heavens and Earth in check.
They have a smaller army then one would think, but compensate with a highly trained and organized army, led by the Seraphim Michael, Gabriel, Silviel, and Uriel. The Angels are basically the police of the worlds.
They Completely control Heaven, and all the military facilities connected with it. They are the most powerful, and have the biggest foothold on the Earthly Realms.
This faction is exclusive to Angels and Humans. They are enemies of Lucifer's Followers.
