Hi, I'm M@lone! I live in the wonderful state of Missouri (that's all I'm gonna tell you, so don't PM me about it) and I love Game Maker. Since you probably won't be interested in the story about ME, how about the story of how I foud Game Maker?

I don't remember the date, but I do know it was sometime around when school was starting. I was starting 7th grade, and was curious of finding out how to make my own games. My original intent was to find out how to make console games. I had accepted th fact that I might just possibly have to learn a programming language. WRONG!

I went to Google, typed in "Game Maker programs" and, just like magic, the first result was "Game Maker". I was over-joyed! I d/loaded the program and was amazed at how easy it was to create simple games!

I then told my best friend from church, Dark Rogue, about this program. He d/loaded it as well. We were sending each other agmes all the time. It seems like only yesterday, Dark Rogue handed my that CD with "Crazy Clown" (his first game) on it.

That's pretty much it. If you'd like to try out Game Maker, go to www.gamemaker.nl and start making games! The program itself is free, but to unlock the extra features it costs about $20.
