Trees. Grass. Water. The figure stood dead in its tracks. Water! Oh how it's been a while since this creature drank. It's white fur glowed in the moonlight, its spots were dark in the night time. It stood there, head held high and eyes wide with somewhat shimmering grey/blue eyes. By the way it was standing, it was a female for sure. As she walked, she strided, long tail flicked behind her and her fur was tugged a little by a soft breeze. As far as she could see, there was water, right there in front of her. The snow leopard was amazed by such a huge watering hole. The name of this female? Riya, the one and only. Riya's hips swayed and her pink tongue swept around her mouth, licking the top and bottom of her lip to moistion them. Soon she arrived by the banks of the watering hole and her eyes brightened up. It had been days since she drank, so this would surely make her feel refreshed. Riya lowered her head and her pink tongue slowly collided with the water, the cool liquid was in her mouth as Riya drank. Soon she slowly closed her eyes just to taste the fresh water. It was wonderful. After Riya felt she had drunk enough, she raised her head, eyes now open. Soon enough Riya sat down, her back perfectly straight and her gaze soft and mysterious. Tonight she wouldn't mind meeting another big cat as herself. She felt she wanted to make friends, friends who'd accept her for who she was. That thought lingered in her head and soon enough Tojo pounced around her memories.
A soft sigh rolled out of Riay's vocals and she gazed skywards, the stars shimmered and sparkled and reflected in her eyes. Her ears were laid back in a relaxed way, her jaws parted, and scents wafted towards her scent gland. New scents, faint scents, odd scents. Anything really. Riya yawned a little and slowly lowered herself into a lying position, tail curled around her body and her head was raised slightly higher. Tojo. You've come to haunt my thoughts again. Are you happy with your mate? I hope you are... I'm happy too... yet.. I miss you so badly, Tojo. she whispered silently and her eyes stung with tears. She wanted Tojo to be happy and she always vowed that she'd be happy too, all by herself. Yet... it was hard. And... Riya was... lonely. A tear strolled down her cheek and Riya sniffed. No. I must stay strong. I must stay strong for Tojo. And for Daddy and for Mother. she said silently and lifted her paw gently, licked it and slowly pulled over her head to groom herself. The loss of her mother and father was sad and Riya was determined to fullfill all of her promises. For now, she had not done any of them yet. A soft sigh rolled out of her mouth and her eyes kept on glittering as the stars reflected in them. For now, she'd wait til someone came. Maybe she'd make friends tonight. Maybe...
