Okay, so I'm opening a graphics shop here. Anyone who is registered can request graphics from here. Avatars, signatures, whatever. I maybe bad or I maybe good it depends on your expectations.

Anyways, this is the requirement for you will be filling out if you want to request a graphic.

Avatar/Signature/Other: (which do you want me to make?)
Model/Celebrity: (who shall I make this of?)
Slogan: (any words besides your name?)
Colors you won't like on you graphic: (list all the colors you don't like)
Other: (anything else?)
