Professor Charles Francis Xavier and Erik Magnus Lensherr. Two men who despite their differences are quite similar. Formerly friends the two have since travelled down two different paths, destined to eventually wind back into one with a bang. The two men, the two leaders of their kind have set into motion, events that will impact the entire world.

Up until recently mutants weren't even known to exist to everyday people. It was something that wasn't even on an average person's mind. Thanks to Magneto however that has changed. Launching a plot that can only be described as horrendous, Erik, had his Acolytes kidnap the President of the United States. The country and even the world was immediately put on alert at the implications of such a terrorist action. After allowing fear to grip for days with no word on who or what had taken the Commander-in-Chief, Erik finally revealed himself to the world from his massive citadel on the island of Genosha. Having kidnapped Cyclops, Magneto was able to lure the X-Men to the island where the Brotherhood and Acolytes were laying in wait. In the ensuing battle, Magneto broadcasted the fight to the world exposing mutants at their most dangerous to the world for the first time. The President was eventually rescued from the island with the help of the X-Men, but the cost was great.

In the recent weeks since the battle the mutant debate has taken over the world, gripping everyone in fear of who is or isn't a mutant. Friends turning on friends, family turning their backs on family members suspected of being mutants and the X-Men and Brotherhood members face the very diffiicult task of returning to Bayville High with their secrets exposed and everything different from the way that they left, despite the President's stand that they must not rush to judgement of anyone and must try to enter this new world as friends and not enemies....

Future of Evolution2 is an X-Men RPG based on the popular television series, X-Men: Evolution. We pick up at the begining of the third season where mutants have been exposed to humanity and now face the task of living in a world that hates and fears them.
